Fluffy and moist these scrambled eggs in the air fryer are fantastic! They are super healthy and make a perfect breakfast in just a matter of minutes. Air fryer scrambled eggs are a great way to start off your day!

Air Fryer Scrambled Eggs

This recipe for cooking scrambled eggs in the air fryer is so quick and easy that you are sure to be amazed! You just whisk some eggs together with some milk, add to a pan, and cook in the air fryer for just 6 minutes! Then add some toast and a side of bacon or sausage and you have a complete breakfast. Air fryer scrambled eggs are so yummy and delicious!

How to Cook Scrambled Eggs In The Air Fryer

You only need 4 simple ingredients to make air fryer scrambled eggs! Most of which you likely already have on hand.

This is what you will need:

Eggs

Milk

Salt

Pepper

To start, you will need a pan that will fit in your air fryer. A pie pan or round cake pan could work. Then spray your pan with nonstick cooking spray and place the pan into the basket of your air fryer. You can also brush the inside of the pan with melted butter or vegetable oil if you prefer. Next, crack 2 eggs into a large bowl and add the milk. Then sprinkle with salt and pepper to season and whisk together until fully combined. Now, pour the whisked egg mixture into your pan in the air fryer basket. Then put the air fryer basket into the air fryer and cook the eggs at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 minutes. When the 3 minutes are up, remove the air fryer basket and stir the eggs with a spatula or spoon to break them up. Then put the air fryer basket with the eggs back in to cook for another 2 minutes at the same temperature. After cooking for 2 minutes, remove the air fryer basket and stir the eggs again to scramble more. Finally, put the air fryer basket back into the air fryer one more time, again at the same temperature, for 1 last minute. When the eggs are done remove the air fryer basket and place the perfectly cooked air fryer scrambled eggs on a plate of your choice to enjoy!

To add a little more flavor, sliced green onions can be added to the egg mixture before cooking. Bacon bits or sliced sausage would be yummy too. Put the basket into the air fryer and cook the eggs at 375°F for 3 minutes. When the 3 minutes are up, remove the air fryer basket and stir the eggs with a spatula or spoon to break them up. Then put the air fryer basket back in to cook for another 2 minutes at 375°F. After cooking for 2 minutes, remove the air fryer basket and stir the eggs again. Finally, put the air fryer basket back into the air fryer one more time, again at the same temperature, and cook for for 1 last minute.
