The Ketogenic Diet does not have to be boring. In fact, Keto-friendly condiments are a great way to add healthy fat and flavor while staying in Ketosis. During the early days of the Keto Diet, there weren’t a ton of sugar-free versions of our favorite condiments, but that’s changed. You can find condiments that are both naturally low carb as well as traditional condiments that are now made without added sugar. Condiments are surprisingly versatile on the Keto Diet. You can use them as dips, marinades, toppings, and flavor enhancers. As long as they are low carb condiments, the sky’s the limit.

1. Maille Old Style Whole Grain Dijon Mustard

Mustard is a naturally low carb condiment. It is traditionally made from mustard seeds and vinegar, beer, or wine. As long as there are no added sugars, mustard is a great Keto-friendly condiment. You’ll want to avoid some mustard such as honey mustard because of the added sugar. Some popular Keto-friendly mustards include yellow mustard, Dijon mustard, spicy brown mustard. Our personal favorite is the Whole Grain mustard from Maille. Slightly tangy and bursting with flavor, it’s a great addition to any Keto snack.
