There is no such one recipe for any egg-fried sandwiches. A fried egg sandwich can be anything, and it’s a simple breakfast recipe made of bread, eggs, cheese, and usually breakfast meat. You can also add any other add-ins you have, some of my favorites are sliced tomatoes and avocados. If you want you can add any sauce such as Bechamel or Hollandaise to take your sandwich up a notch.

How to make the best air fryer fried egg sandwich?

For Eating Now:

Start by toasting your bagel in the air fryer at 320 degrees F for a 3-minute, air fryer setting. On the stove cook your fried egg. Add some salt and pepper to the seasonings. Then once the bagel is toasted, add the egg on top of the bagel then place one slice of cheddar cheese, and one slice of deli ham. Wrap the sandwich up in aluminum foil, and place it into the air fryer for 3 minutes at 340 degrees F, air fryer setting.

Plate, serve, and enjoy!

For Eating Later:

These are great sandwiches to prep ahead of time.

I usually make them and heat them for the kids in the morning. To make them for later: Prepare the sandwich, as directed above, and then wrap it up in the aluminum foil, and place it in the refrigerator. Then heat it up in the air fryer, place the wrapped sandwiches into the air fryer, and set the time for 4 to 7 minutes, at 330 degrees F. To Freeze: I have not tried frozen breakfast sandwiches in the air fryer, but this would work. The time would increase to about 6 to 8 minutes. Remove once the cheese is melted.

Since I used the stove for some of the recipes, I wanted to give you some pointers on how to make a fried egg if you have never made one. Here is my foolproof recipe– Spray your skillet with olive oil spray, then turn the burner on the stove to medium. Once your pan is hot crack your egg into the pan, and season with salt and black pepper. When the egg white is no longer opaque, and the egg is done how you like it. Remove from the burner, and then use in the recipe.
