Until 10 months ago, Dr Sanskar weighed 125 kgs, and before he could give any weight loss related advices to his patients, he knew he had to show them that he himself practiced what he preached. “I see a number of overweight patients, on a daily basis. And since I have studied medicine, I know obesity and an overweight body can lead to a lot of physical as well as mental discomfort. But how could I tell them to simply lose weight when I weighed 125 kgs. I believe in the dictum of ‘practise what you preach.’ So I went ahead and lost 40 kgs to show them if I can do it and they can lose weight too,” Dr Sanskar tells us.
