How I lost 7 kilograms in 15 days

Losing weight and getting fit with a toned body and a proper diet is what everyone desires for, but it is very difficult to motivate oneself and most of the time people are unsure about diet and exercises they need to follow to get quick & long lasting results. I had also gained large amount of weight from 2014–2016, and was looking for some diet plan to get myself fit. Below is diet plan which I followed for 1 month, but I lost 7 kilograms within span of 15 days.

Morning before going to gym (5.30 am)

1. One glass lukewarm water with lemon + 1 banana or 1 apple GYM (1 hour from 6–7 am) which my trainer asked me to do(mentioned below)

7.30am (post gym)

1. salads(tomato, cucumber, beetroot, carrot) with black salt OR 2 egg white.

2. sprouts(kala chana, moong, kidney beans) soaked in water overnight and boiled in morning (one bowl) with lemon and black salt

3. almonds soaked in water from overnight - 4 to 6

9 am (breakfast)

OATs cooked in just boiled water — one small packet and 1 apple

===================================

1 pm (Lunch)

Option 1: 2 wheat rotis(chapatis/bread) & 1 bowl daal(pulses) or 1 bowl green vegetables(spinach, cabbage boiled) green tea — 1 glass(drink slowly in 30 minutes) ( 5 minutes after lunch)

OR

Option 2: 2 bowls of boiled Kidney Beans + 2 carrots + 2 brown bread toast with peanut butter

===================================

4 pm (snacks)

[apple -1 + banana-1] OR [2 egg white]

1 cup green tea in boiled water

===================================

8 pm dinner

OATs cooked in just boiled water — one small packet

===================================

10 pm (before sleeping)

half glass milk (boiled no sugar)

Important: Drink 8 litres water everyday — lukewarm or normal.

Note:

1. No water in between food or just after food. Wait for at least 40 minutes after food to drink water(lukewarm)

2. No sweets, chicken / mutton in next 15 days

3. No junk food or soft drinks, alcohol.

4. Don’t eat anything that is packed, processed, canned or on someone else’s plate! Most important: I used to getup at 4.30 am daily and sleep by 10.30 pm(max) for 1 month.

5. Push-ups/crunches 100 times(lying on back and lift body up to put pressure on stomach) The first 7 days was extremely tough in terms of diet as well as building the stamina for workout. Once a week passed and it showed result on body & I was completely detoxified from old junk food habit. I was highly motivated and charged up.
