Seafood, meat, cheese, Greek yoghurt, eggs, butter, and more are up for grabs. While, if you’re a vegan or vegetarian, you’ll likewise be satisfied. Any non-starchy vegetables are an option, along with nuts and seeds, avocados, oils, Shirataki noodles, berries, and more. And if you’re addicted to coffee or tea, worry not, you don’t need to go into rehab - they’re more than fine, and can even aid weight loss.
