The recipe is so keto friendly and I love it served over a bed of lettuce. You can also make a lettuce wrap if you are craving a more sandwich style meal. Either way, it is so delicious. The tuna salad has just the right ratio of mayo and tuna and other tasty ingredients. It isn’t too thick or thin. You will love it!

This also allows you to get the pieces very fine if you have children that are picky. I have found if I can dice the veggies very fine, they will not complain. If you do not have one of these, I highly recommend them. They are such a time saver and you can get the veggies really fine if you have children that are picky. I use mine all the time to also dice onions. You will loving having a food processor.
