Fill a small cocktail shaker with ice. Add the tequila, lime juice, sweetener, and jalapeño slices (depending on your spice level). Tightly close and shake vigorously. Strain into a rimmed glass filled with ice and top off with the sparkling water. Garnish with lime wedges, additional jalapeño slices, and jerky strip. Edible flowers optional. Enjoy!

1 oz fresh grapefruit juice

Grapefruit flavored sparkling water

1/4 tsp grapefruit zest for extra pow

Optional: fresh mint or basil as garnish
