Nothing beats cooking with an air fryer to get you crispy, tender food with a fraction of the oil. Air fryers use an electric radiator and a high-velocity fan to quickly circulate hot, dry air around your food. This method of cooking is not only quick, but it is an excellent way to recreate some of our favourite crispy foods that usually call for a deep-fryer. Air fryer french fries, anyone?

What we don’t love, however, is cleaning out that pesky fryer basket. Nothing kills the fun more than having to rinse breadcrumbs out of a million little plastic holes. For this reason we love using parchment paper to keep air-frying convenient, healthy and delicious. It's also a more sustainable option than lining your air fryer with aluminum foil. Lining your air fryer basket with a round of parchment paper is the perfect way to keep your air fryer squeaky clean and slash the time it takes to clean up. It just got a whole lot easier to make air fryer chicken drumsticks! While you can tear a piece of parchment paper from a roll and cut it to size for you fryer basket, you can up the convenience one step further with pre-cut, perforated parchment paper rounds. With holes to help the hot air circulate and cook your food to perfection, our air fryer liners suit the job perfectly. Parchment paper can handle the heat inside your air fryer - up to 428°F (220°C). To get the best results, add the parchment paper to the air fryer basket at the same time as you add your ingredients. This prevents the paper from lifting up and coming into contact with the heating element while cooking. When you’re done, clean up is as easy as tossing the parchment paper in the compost bin. Our parchment paper is, after all, fully biodegradable and compostable.
