As far as their diet goes, following the 80/20 rule of eating is not a bad way to eat everyday. This still allows you to enjoy many of the foods you love, but in moderation. This is actually very sustainable long-term, as long as you add in exercise to help you stay toned and healthy. While eating like a model during show prep time might not be easy for the average person given, they most likely have their meals prepared by a profession, you can still try to limit your carb intake and other foods that can cause inflammation and bloating. It’s always a good idea to drink lots of water and minimize your alcohol intake, too So, eating like a model isn’t such a bad thing after all and can be very practical for those committed to their health!
