You just need an egg, bacon, mushrooms and avocados. Feel free to add or substitute any of the ingredients with spinach, tomatoes, sliced cheddar (or any cheese), gluten-free Italian sausages, smoked salmon or add an extra egg! Avocados are so healthy!
