The above scripture is self explainatory, we gain more and loose nothing when we embark on the purifying fast that pleases Jehovah. The purifying fast, is the kind of fast that opens the gate of heaven, and touches the heart of Jesus to interecede on our behalf. So before you begin that fast and while you are fasting, check yourself and ask yourself am I undertaking a fast that will please my Heavenly Father or displease my Heavenly Father.
